3. User Content (Videos)

By submitting a video to a challenge, you grant SportChallengers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your video for promotional purposes only. You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to publish the content you submit.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: cheating, submitting edited or artificially generated videos, infringing on intellectual property rights, harassing other users, or using the app for any illegal purpose. Violation of these rules will result in disqualification and potential account termination.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
